Our Discord community follows both Discord's Terms of Service and our own community guidelines. We expect members to:

• No Begging - Requests for items or favors are not allowed. Punishments will vary based on severity.
• No Trolling - Trolling, especially directed at moderators or higher, will result in disciplinary action.
• Use the Appropriate Channels - Please post in the correct channels. You will be redirected if necessary.
• No Racism - Any form of racism is prohibited. Use of racial slurs (Only n word No hard R), even softened, will result in an instant ban.
• No Spamming - First offense: 30-minute timeout. Second offense: 1-day timeout.
• English Only - All communication must be in English to ensure clarity and moderation.
• Respect Others - Do not disrespect or harass others. Treat everyone with basic decency.
• No NSFW Content - Sharing or discussing NSFW content will result in an instant ban.
• No Homophobia - Discrimination based on sexual orientation will not be tolerated. Obvious jokes may be excused at moderator discretion.
• No Scrapers or Auto Join Scripts - Use of automation to interact with the server is prohibited. Punishment will vary.
• Do Not Fake Evidence - Creating or sharing fake images accusing others of violations = instant ban.
• No Faking Private Server Content - First offense: 1-hour timeout. Further offenses will result in harsher punishment.
• No Overly Sexual Behavior - Overtly sexual comments or behavior are not allowed. Punishment varies.
• No Crosstrading (under review) - Still enforced. First offense: 30-minute timeout. Second: ban.
• No Jokes About Rape or Sexual Abuse - Absolutely zero tolerance. First offense: 1-day mute.
• No Rule Bypassing - Bypassing any rule = original punishment plus 1-day mute.
• No Political Content - You’ll be asked to remove it. Refusal: 30-minute timeout. Second offense: ban.
• No Advertisements or Self-Promotion - Do not advertise other servers, social media, or websites without explicit staff approval. First offense: warning or timeout. Repeated: ban.

Violating these rules may result in warnings, temporary mutes, or permanent bans depending on the severity.

Rifts in Bubble Gum Simulator Infinity have limited lifespans, usually between 10-30 minutes depending on the type. While we strive to send alerts as quickly as possible, sometimes rifts may close before you can reach them due to high server traffic or natural despawn timers.

This way, you can quickly join game servers even when you're away from your computer.

It sure is! It just makes a call to open Roblox in the server you clicked with the logged in Roblox account. Even if we wanted to hack you or get your information, we wouldn't be able to hack you with it unless we asked u to download something first or input your data (which we do NOT do).

We offer refunds in limited circumstances as outlined in our Return Policy. Generally, we provide refunds within 48 hours of purchase if:

• The service is completely non-functional
• There was an error in processing your payment
• You were charged multiple times for the same service
