Gumtopia does not sell products or services directly through our website. We do not charge for access to our alerts or Discord community. However we may provide links to third party platforms (such as selly.io) where you can purchase things like special Discord roles. Because these sales occur on external sites our Refund Policy is very limited:
- No Direct Sales: Any purchases (for example role promotions sold via selly.io) are made through the third-party platform not Gumtopia. We do not handle payments, user data or order processing for those transactions.
- Third-Party Refunds Only: If you buy something through an external link that platform's terms and refund policy apply. Gumtopia has no control over pricing or availability and cannot process refunds for external transactions. If you encounter an issue with a purchase made via selly.io (or another linked site) you must contact that platform's customer support or follow their refund procedure.
- No Site Refunds: Since we do not sell products there are no refunds or returns processed by Gumtopia. Any refund request related to a third-party sale must be handled by the third party. We recommend reviewing the terms of any external service (like selly.io) before making a purchase.
